Hey everyone! It’s Hailey from the Rafael learning and development team. Today I’m diving into something that’s absolutely crucial for anyone involved in tech, project management and product management.

On our second chapter of the requirement management course, we are talking about the requirements management process. Stick with me as we explore this fascinating topic together! Let’s kick things off with the V Model, a framework that’s widely embraced in software development and systems engineering.

The V Model is split into two main phases. On the left side, we have the Specification Phase. This is where it all begins—defining project requirements, moving through system design and architecture, and wrapping up with detailed module planning. Shifting to the right side, we... ehh... emmm... well...
