It's time to cross the chasm

Hi Tal. This is Edwin, Founder, CEO of Chasm. Thanks for being open to learn a bit more about what we do and that would be beneficial to you and your business. Hopefully this audio format will be able to help you listen to it in a time that is more suited for you.

The reason that I founded Chasm, comes from my time with with Gardner and for years Gardner.

In the Middle East, I work with 30 to 40 tech CEOs, obviously also worked with the research amongst thousands of tech businesses, and I learned that most organizations, most emerging tech providers, don't fail because of a bad idea or a poor product, but often because they struggle to create a motion or approach that helps them to find, acquire and keep their next set of customers outside existing relationships or referral business.

And what I saw is typically go to market approaches are company focused, messaging tends to be product centric and marketing approaches, demand generation approaches tend to be very tactical, and as a result, these organizations were struggling or failing or maybe not reaching the full potential as they as they could have, and these are the tech CEOs that we're trying to help.

We're really on a mission to improve the success rate and the skill rate of tech businesses. And we do this through our product marketing services, where we help tech business to understand what their best fit customer is and why.

How to develop a message that really resonates with them and test this and find and understand what is the best way to communicate and engage with these target audiences and with this foundation in place. Tech businesses are typically able to improve all their sales and marketing efforts by 40 to 60% and even adoption of new adoption rate of the product on users in the product increases.
